Here's my latest accomplishment. I made a page to hang at work for those who have not met Emilee yet. I put it together quickly this afternoon, but I think it turned out well.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!

Britt and I are having an enjoyable day. Emilee decided to let us sleep in this morning which was nice (at least for mommy). We had a relaxing morning that included a wonderful breakfast made by Britt. Then the family went for a walk around the park by our house. Emilee's been trying to sleep all day (which probably means mom and dad have a long night ahead of us). But, we managed to keep her awake for a photo shoot. Here she is in her special outfit for today; it was given to her from one of my co-workers - thanks, Erin!

Happy one-month to Emilee. She has already grown so much. It's unbelievable!! We love her to pieces and hope she doesn't grow too fast for us to keep up with her. Look at her little attitude already!

Since someone has commented recently about a lack of pictures, I decided I could at least post a few more pictures of Emilee now that she's a few weeks old. They are just pictures from around the house ('cause that's pretty much where we stay).

This is what Britt does at night when I'm trying to sleep and he's watching Emilee. A pretty good deal for him, I think. And, the pillow works for dads as well as moms.

Flowers from my parents to help brighten my sleepless nights/days. The fun part is when the delivery guy came at a quarter to one (yes, afternoon), I was still in my PJs. How embarrasing. He seemed understanding though.

Welcome Emilee

Okay, sometime I will actually do some journaling and give my view of the delivery day (I'm obviously still too traumatized to write about it - j/k). Here are pics from the beginning of a little, new life. We are so happy to have Emilee as part of our family. She is so cute!
